Exchange and Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, it can be exchanged or returned, as long as it is returned to Nítiduniverso, Lda, within 14 days from the date of receipt, and under the following conditions:

         - The item must be returned in its original packaging and conditions, showing no signs of use, with all labels intact, as well as the respective invoice;

         - Shipping of the item(s) is the sole responsibility of the customer, with the destination address being Nítiduniverso, Lda, Avenida Professor Machado Vilela, n.º 18, 1º Andar, Fração I, 4730-721, Vila Verde, Portugal.

 In the case of a return, the value of the products will be refunded to the customer in full upon arrival at Nítiduniverso, Lda.

 In the case of exchange, in the event of a difference in value between the products, this will be assumed by Nítiduniverso, Lda, or by the customer.
